Yes. We are able to pierce up to 4 people per booking. Please select 'multi person' when making your booking for 2-4 people so we can make sure we're ready.

The minimum age is 10. Anyone under 16 needs to be accompanied by an adult.

Yes! Our welding machines are operated by expert jewellers and is a completely safe experience. A small leather pad is placed against the skin as an extra safety precaution, but even if the machine came into contact with the skin, it wouldn’t hurt.

Although they are welded on, if you do need to take it off, they can they can be permanently removed by cutting the jumpring with a strong pair of scissors or a small pair of pliers.

Yes! The welded jump ring is covered by a 3 Year Warranty. The chain itself is covered with a year warranty. If the you need further assistance, visit us in store or contact us info@rubirox.co.uk 

No. Our silver and solid gold chains are not magnetic, and so will not set off the alarms. The gold filled chains are super fine which will not cause problems either.

If you are asked to remove your jewellery, use a strong pair of scissors or small pliers on the jumpring. Keep hold of your chain, and you can visit us in store to have it rewelded.

Yes, anyone with a pacemaker fitted should not get welded jewellery.
