You have 60 days (30 days for in store purchases) to return your order - and 30 (14 for in store purchases) for sale items. Please include our returns form for online purchases (attached to your delivery note or you can download here) with your order number clearly displayed or bring in your receipt for in store purchases. Use our returns label
All orders come with a returns label. Attach this to the box, drop off at a post office, and we'll refund you as soon as we receive it.
Note: If using our returns label we will deduct £2.50 from any refund to cover postage costs.
Post back to us yourself or bring into store
If you'd rather not use our returns label you are welcome to return your order to us using your desired service to:

We will refund you in full once we receive your return.
If you need to return your purchase for any reason, we will happily exchange or refund items within 60 days (30 days for in store purchases) as long as you have proof of purchase (your order confirmation, delivery note or receipt is fine). Sale items must be returned within 30 days (14 days for in store purchases).
All refunds will be processed via the same method by which the original payment was taken and to the same card/account that was used.
The goods must show no sign of use or damage.
We are unable to refund any shipping costs incurred as part of the original order or when returning the item to us, unless the item is faulty or has been sent incorrectly.
Any item which has been engraved cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty.

To return your item to us, please post to us (if using the label provided we will deduct £2.50 from the refund to cover postage costs) or bring it in to our store at the address shown below.
