Delivery & Returns

We are official stockists of all the brands we sell. All orders are sent with the relevant branded packaging.

Standard Delivery

  • Dispatched with Royal Mail (with tracking on orders over £30).
  • Standard Delivery is £3 or FREE on orders over £50.
  • Delivery within 2-5 working days on orders placed before 1pm Monday – Friday.
  • Select ‘FREE Standard Delivery’ or ‘Standard Delivery’ when ordering online.

Express Delivery 

  • Priority dispatched with Royal Mail (with full tracking on all orders).
  • Express Delivery is £4.50.
  • Delivery within 1-2 working days on orders placed before 1pm Monday – Friday.
  • Select ‘Express Delivery’ when ordering online.

Next Day Delivery 

  • Priority dispatched with Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery (with full tracking on all orders).
  • Next Day Delivery is £7.50.
  • Delivery guaranteed to arrive by 1pm on the next working day.
  • Select ‘Next Day Delivery’ when ordering online.
  • Orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday). If ordered on Friday your order will arrive by the following Monday.

Saturday Delivery (Available for orders placed before 1pm on Fridays.)

  • Dispatched with Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Guaranteed. (with full tracking on all orders).
  • Saturday delivery is £12.
  • Delivery guaranteed to arrive by 1pm on Saturday.
  • Select ‘Saturday Delivery’ when ordering online.
  • Orders placed after 1pm on Friday are unable to be processed for Saturday delivery.

Click & Collect from our store in Stamford

  • Click & Collect Orders will usually be available 3 hours after placing the order. You will receive an email when it is ready to collect. 
  • Free on all orders.
  • Orders can be collected at any time while the store is open.
  • Please bring proof of order confirmation.

At present we do not deliver outside of the UK.

Very occasionally, we may have to e-mail you subsequently if an issue arises with your order, but we will do this as soon as possible.

Unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or strikes can delay delivery services. We hope that you appreciate that this is outside the control of RUBIROX and we will do our best to forewarn of any such problems.

Please note that once Royal Mail has taken your package, it is up to Royal Mail to guarantee they fulfil their service obligations.

In the unlikely event that your order is lost in the post we will of course be more than happy to help. Please allow 14 working days for delivery for all domestic (UK) services listed above, if you have still not received your delivery then please do not hesitate to contact us at info@rubirox.co.uk or call us on 01780 755996.

 

Returns

We are happy to exchange or refund items within 60 days of purchase (30 days for in store purchases). Sale items must be returned within 30 days of purchase (14 days for in store purchases and may only be exchanged, not refunded).

Items must show no sign of use or damage. Refunds can only be issued by the original payment method.

For online orders, please include our returns form with your order number clearly displayed (included in your delivery or you can download here).

For in store purchases, please bring in your RUBIROX receipt as proof of purchase.

Use our returns label

All online orders come with a returns label. Attach this to the box, drop off at a post office, and we'll refund you as soon as we receive it.

Note: If using our returns label we will deduct £2.50 from any refund to cover postage costs.

Post or return in-store

If you'd rather not use our returns label you are welcome to return your order to us using your desired service to:

We will refund you in full once we receive your return.

 

Warranty Returns

RUBIROX will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge within the warranty period from the original date of purchase. This warranty is not extended by a repair or replacement. Please contact us if you have a faulty item within the warranty period to arrange a return.

Wear and tear, tarnishing and accidental damage are not covered by the warranty. We advise the purchase of insurance against damage and loss.
