Like everyone else, we’ve had to make a number of changes to the way we work at the moment. Here’s what we’re doing to mitigate risks and keep our staff and customers safe.
- We are still taking orders online as usual but our store is now closed. If you want to purchase anything that isn’t available on our website (Pandora or Nomination), please send us a message or give us a call.
- We’re limiting the number of staff processing orders at any one time and where possible we’re working from home.
- All surfaces are wiped down several times a day.
Although we are currently dispatching all orders on time, we have started to notice some delays and disruption with Royal Mail. For this reason we are advising all customers that orders may take a day or two longer to arrive than usual. We are monitoring this situation and will update our advice if necessary.
We will, of course, follow the latest advice and procedures from our government.
